Bueno señores acabamos de regresar de comer el menú degustación por llamarlo de alguna manera) y la experiencia a sido lamentable, hace años tuvimos la oportunidad de degustar el menú y era buenísimo nada que ver con lo que hemos encontrado hoy, los platos eran penosos ya no hablamos solo del sabor sino también de la presentación y la calidad, estamos acostumbrados a comer menús degustación y como dice la misma palabra lo especial de este tipo de menús es la mezcla de sabores y la creatividad de los platos, hasta ahora me preguntaba como podían haber perdido la estrella Michelin, ahora lo entiendo, y no solo eso sino que me parece extraño que tan siquiera continúen abiertos, éramos dos escas...
El Cingle is a restaurant located in the little village of Vacarisses, near Terrassa. It had a michelin star, but some years ago the restaurant lost it. However, the quality of the dishes we tasted here were great! We did the gastronomic menu, which had 2 starters, 7 dishes and 2 deserts. It have been the first gastronomic restaurant, in which I almost could not finish the last dessert! The menu has a lot of quality and also a lot of quantity! and the rate quality-quantity/price is excellent. The best dishes for me was the galician octopus, the cannelloni and the meat (incredibles all! , but the other dishes were very good, too. Moreover, we tasted a very good white wine and a red one too. V...
I was so pleased i made the effort when in Barcelona to take a 15minute taxi ride for a meal at El Cingle. I found out about the restaurant in an article in Conde Nast Traveller and booked a meal for my partners Birthday. When we arrived in a small village square El Cingle is tucked away in the corner and doesnt look much but upon entering it opens up into a beautiful dining room with amazing views and you get that warm feeling that its going to be a good night. My partner and i were not disapointed with an amazing tasteing menu. Ive eaten in lots of michelin starred restaurants and El Cingle is up there with them. Strongly recommended if you love your food.
El restaurante el Cingle se encuentra en un marco incomparable, en el pueblo de Vacarisses y con impresionantes vistas a la montaña de Montserrat, este restaurante de la mano de la Montse Estrech El Cingle se caracteriza por una cocina exquisita, basada en la tradición pero con elementos de creatividad e innovación. De la carta creada por Montse, destaca los Raviolis al foie, su Fornells-Vacarisses, así como sus postres llenos de colores y texturas.

Great restaurant, always fresh food, nice staff, a perfect place to have a lunch/dinner! Atmosphere and panorama are worth seeing! : i would definetly recommend it!
