mot be sin i have visited this place with a friend and i have really enjoyed its cuisine, with delicious preparations, so rich that they generate authentic sensory pleasure. i ate based on pintxos, which we accompanied with various assorted wines served by the glass, and i mot admit that it was quite a gastronomic experience. to start we had the mohroom and baby squid croquettes in ink €0.5 each which were delicious. the 'cigala tail and potato cream in green willow ' €5 was very tasty. the octopus with truffled potato cream5 is also very tasty. we continue with 'foie with strawberries' €5 .which was really extraordinary, delicious, sinful...so rich that i dessert it a real treat that makes...

Escondido en el centro de Vitoria se encuentra este pequeño restaurante que destila gusto en cada detalle desde que entras por la puerta. Desde la atención en sala hasta el postre. Comida del entorno con una materia prima de lujo. Vas a comer cocina tradicional con un toque actual, sin parafernalias ni engañufos. Una de mis recomendaciones más fuertes si quieres comer bien en el centro y alimentar, como yo digo, el alma.
