We read about El Corral de Guevara on Trip Advisor so it was our first stop after checking in to our hotel. We arrived late afternoon so it was very quiet there--just a few locals stopping by. We ordered a few cerveza, a couple of vino blanco, Ensalada Russa, 2 orders of Aceituna, Boquerinos, Empanada Chorizo, and a Pollo/Queso sandwich. Each of these Tapas was very good and the prices very reasonable. Not much atmosphere but a great place for a light quality snack before you adjourn to another Tapas Bar. Highly recommended!
the best place in the historic center. great professionals, great product always. I recommend jet ratio simply spectacular. Also the empanadillas, the pigeons (Russian rib on a corn bark.) the burgers are also extraordinary. Finally, a mot in salamanca, a must stop for all those who visit our city and the parishes who frequent it. By the way, today I am running tables and chairs in your friendly and covered terrace.Thank you and health.
quiet place to take something after enjoying the cathedral and university good price service unbeatable to be Saturday of the Holy Week with the highly recommended gent that we will return.
No nonsense spot to eat, lovely fresh tapas, right next to the University and lots of people watching opportunities. Very reasonably priced, in fact perfect for a stop to refuel.
