If looking for a typical Menu del Dia, this is probably the best is Palmanova. A bit away from the tourist hub but worth the walk and the number of locals eating there tells the story. I enjoyed a lentil stew to start, followed by sea bass and then tiramisu, with a bottle of house wine, all for €13.90. Menu is in Spanish so you might need Google to help! Food was very good, service was fast and friendly, and value for money was excellent. Don’t forget to ask for a Carrillo afterwards coffee with brandy. Very good experience all round.
Simple and full of local people... Food was amazing. Lamb meat was melting in the mouth, fresh fish with seafood mixed in a plate with tasty sauce. We ordered a bottle of wine but wife was not happy with it so we asked them if we can change it... And they swap it with a very nice one for the same price... AWESOME EFFORT. the waitresses were nice and the service fast Bill was pretty cheap. Good quality/price ratio... That's what we like. WE RECOMMAND
Vengo mucho a desayunar y comer aquí, y la verdad que la comida es inigualable, lo mejor de la zona en lo que a calidad precio se refiere, y sin ninguna duda cabe destacar el trato del personal de camareros/as que hay en este establecimiento, una especial mención a Sagri, la chica morena con gafas que al atendernos siempre nos traslada su alegría. Recomendable al 100% si vais por la zona de Palmanova
Booked for 8 at lunchtime. Very busy, but clearly the staff couldn't cope. Everything took a long time getting a drink, placing the order, having the food delivered etc. Staff not helpful, often you can end up sympathising with them but in this case they were rude and you weren't on their side. The Restaurant is OK if not under pressure. if it is. Beware!!!
