They had a monthly theme of food specialties from exotic countries which is a fun idea and exemplifies the chef's skill and diverse knowledge and understanding of food. January's theme country was India. Wholesome, home cooked style food with a twist and full of FLAVOUR ; The traditional Spanish and Asturias dishes were exceptional and gave you an authentic, robust culinary experience. Upon stumbling upon this place I fell instantly in love. The decor was not your typical Spanish setup but a modern, stylish yet kitsch artistic setup. The food looked mouth watering. I easily spotted the tortilla and croquettes de jamon. But then these little tacos with tiny pegs to hold them in place. Amazing. I loved the little area where you can by cool trinkets and accessories. This place is so worth it, they speak English which makes it's easier to order. Do your self a favour and don't leave Gijon without visiting El Faison Dorado. I love the puppets I bought there. I will treasure them forever
Food is exquisite! is characterized by the quality of the products and a variety in daily dishes difficult to find in other places. combine traditional home food and international food from different countries of the world. a pass! and the magnificent attention that give you a super recommended place!
Desde hace ya tiempo, disfrutando de la calidad y el saber hacer de este establecimiento. Cocina sana, tradicional y cocina extranjera. Mucha variedad y todo riquísimo. Un lujo para los que no podemos cocinar a diario, lo recomendaría siempre.
