El puesto se encuentra en el Ágora Sanse, de reciente inauguración, al estilo del Mercado de San Ildefonso o del de San Miguel. Es un lugar bien ambientado y agradable para una cena distinta. Pedimos unos huevos rotos con cecina y los sirvieron con rapidez, aunque no había demasiada gente en ese momento. Me gustó mucho la patata, el punto de cocción y el sabor. Los huevos estaban bien, pero no destacaban sobre el conjunto del plato. El tercer ingrediente, la cecina; nada que destacar, ni por buena ni tampoco por mala. Correcto, a un precio de 10,50€.
Estuvimos esta semana en Ágora y probamos los huevos rotos con paleta ibérica del Gallinero de Sanse. La materia prima es muy buena, pero todo eran patatas y huevo. Prácticamente no había casi paleta. Una pena, porque estaba riquísimo. La atención, excepcional.

We went to the terrace above and although the site is very nice I have to say that we were disappointed to see that everyone was smoking and the terrace completely closed. the cups acceptable less the mojito as the grass was very bitten.
