We visit the beautiful city of manresa. We were eating at this restaurant and we were surprised that they didn't have a Spanish letter in Catalan alone. Impressionant. Cuina senzilla però creativa en la combinació de sabors. L’amanida d’algues amb musclos roses escabetxats una meravella. La tempura de calçots amb romesco i les carxofes farcides molt ben elaborats. Un servei molt atent.
