Ensaladilla rusa y buñuelos de bacalao muy buenos. Ambiente y servicio agradable y rápido. Lo único a señalar algo más negativo serian los arroces que pedimos. Que estaban muy salados sobre todo el arroz negro. Una pena, por que de sabor y punto del arroz estaban perfectos. Lo comentamos al camarero para que vigilaran el punto de sal. Por lo demás, como en otras visitas, todo bien.
attentive service and beautifully prepared and presented eating. a modern takeover of traditional Spanish dishes with South American and Japanese references. we were mainstream with papas allioli and bacalao. our lamb (the only dish that was not the first advice) came with piermentos and the grilled goats...cheese was fabulous. would come back if only to try the whip.
