My boyfriend and I went to El Invernadero yesterday. We loved everything about it! The ambiance is unique, the small restaurant is right next to the beautiful vegetable garden. We took a look in the garden, the owner and chef came to us and told us about it. So nice to see with how much passion he takes care after the garden. The waiters are very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The food was really good as well, and everything is vegan. It is a 5 course, set menu. We enjoyed every course! This was by far the nicest diner of our 2 weeks stay at Fuerte, we would highly recommend this place to everyone!
This little restaurant was recommended to us as somewhere special to dine and it really was ! We celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday there as a surprise, and the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful evening to remember. The atmosphere and setting was so unusual and amazing and each food course was exceptionally brilliant…. Thank you so much, we loved it !
One of the best places I have ever eaten! The food was thoughtfully grown, prepared, cooked and served, it was delicious. The owners were welcoming and attentive. I will certainly be making a reservation in the not too distant future!

the greenhouse as always does not fail, the best vegan option in strongventura without doubt, different menu elaborated every week, as not repeated.
