We took him up on it and we were so glad we did. The food was simply amazing. We had sheep cheese with roasted peppers for starters and suckling pig for the main dish delish! restaurante típico de comida en pedraza. el cordero era muy rico, bien asado, con su piel tostada y su interior suave. el cerdo también muy rico y muy bien hecho. Las croquetas no son malas pero carecen de sabor. El caldo que también te he visto perezoso con sabor. todos los postres son caseros y muy ricos. This is the best restaurant to have lamb at Pedraza. I have been there many times with my family. More or less 10 years going to these place. For us a mandatory stop while in Madrid. A must in the area. Delicious! Excellent service!

We went with our 8 year old daughter who polished off the suckling pig after trekking. Lovely wine and fresh local delicacies. A great Segovia cultural experience with super friendly staff
