Worse service. I ordered ceviche de pescado botana. I said NO SHRIP NO NOTHING BUT FISH ONLY. I TOLD HIM MY CHILDREN ARE ALLERGIC TO SHRIP. I get home open the bag and my order has shrimp. I paid 28 for food that is going to the trash. When I went back to return the order the truck was gone. Check your food before you take it. Some people are idiot and don't realized that their stupidity could cause my child life as he is highly allergic. I won't be going to this place anymore.
This truck only sells seafood which is a plus. You don't want to buy seafood from a truck that sells multiple products. Unfortunately they don't de vein the shrimp which is a big red flag for me. I didn't notice that last time I tried this place. I ordered the tostada super mixta which was good. The location also sucks. You have to be strapped in that area.
They serve the best seafood in all of East LA, located right in the heart of Ford Marvelous. If you're visiting from out of town and happen to be in the area, be sure to stop by El Jato Lonchera Mariscos!

Their hours are incorrect. I drove 20 minutes to find out they were closed, and they didn’t pick up the phone!
The food is decent—not the best, but it serves its purpose. However, they forgot to add avocado to my dish.
The ceviche and campechana lack flavorbut the shrimp tacos definitely recommend ???
