Mi experiencia en este balneario es esta, q decir q el trato de todo el personal es muy bueno ,excelente . La comida tb muy buena ,y precios asequibles. El primer día tuvieron q cambiarte de habitación a las 11:30 de la noche por un problema para mí serio ,y para el hotel tb. Lo q si he hechando en falta en mi caso,ha sido algún tipo de detalle , descuento en la factura, invitación a un tratamiento o un descuento a estos,algo. Por las molestias q eso ha conllevado ,q como se lo hice saber al director y en la recepción ,he tenido en mi estancia ,no siendo tan agradable como podía haberlo sido. De no tener el contratiempo. Tengo q decir,q ha coincidido mi cumpleaños y si me pusieron una felici...

Las habitaciones y el spa están muy bien, ahora bien, un cuatro estrellas, con el precio que tiene debería tener las rejillas de la calefacción/ventilación limpias (se ven llenas de polvo a lo lejos). Repasar la junta de silicona de la bañera cada año lleva 5m y no da sensación de pensión cutre. Por lo demás es un lugar muy agradable para descansar bien y el personal es muy atento y amable. Los desayunos son de 10.

The quality of the food was not bad, but something was really missing. Not enough seasoning? Not enough green vegetables or salad? Too dull? However, the service was attentive and the desserts good.
There are some vegetarian options in the restaurant. Also plenty of meat and fish to choose from. Prices were reasonable. Service is good if the scant waitstaff is a bit too busy sometimes.
Food was good but there weren't many options in the menu. Considering it is a restaurant in a 4 star hotel and the prices, I was expecting more. Service was good and we had a nice time.
No está mal, dentro de todos los balnearios de Castilla termal no es más atractivo. Si el que tiene aguas termales. Un poco oscuro de iluminación la zona de baño. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Maravillosa atención al cliente sobre todo de Germán,estuvimos muy cómodo y muy bien atendidos ,recomiendo el circuito termal y la balnea romana.
