This was my first time visiting this restaurant and didn’t disappoint. The food was exceptional and staff very professional and honest with menu recommendations. My only complaint would be that upon arrival to the hotel. , As this restaurant is located within a 5 star hotel, upon arrival I was passed from pillar to post of which restaurant my reservation was in. I was first put in a lift and sent to one floor, then to be told no not this floor to then be sent to another floor which had 2 restaurants based on the same floor to then be directed from one to another. Therefore, I feel that my first impression was somewhat dampened due to the whole commotion of trying to locate the right restaura...
Las vistas de Valencia son muy buenas. Fuimos un domingo, tomamos un brunch ya que el domingo es esa única opción. Bien, abundante y rico, así como bien presentado el bufete libre. El plato principal que elegimos fue paella. Muy abundante y buena, aunque quizás poco sabrosa, pero estuvo bien. Muy bien presentada y servida en la mesa. Los postres ya casi no pudimos tomar aunque tenían muy buena pinta y lo que probamos nos gustó, porque la comida había sido muy abundante. El servicio amable Incluso nos prepararon un envase con lo que no fuimos capaces de terminar de la paella.
The squid was tough and the cilantro was a bit incongruous with the other flavors. The chicken caesar salad was NOT a caesar salad. It comes with a saucing that was claimed not to be a mayonnaise or aioli, but was an emulsion nevertheless, Terriyaki sauce? Maybe there was a marinade of the chicken using it, but no evidence of teriyaki sauce on the dish. It was a mixed up uninteresting combination of stuff. The service was perfunctory. This was my second time there, only because we were close by and most restaurants were not open at the time. I won’t be going a third time.
Confusing experience. we booked food, although we have been offered brunch menu. The curious thing is that they told us several times over the phone to book the rice we wanted and today before going we have confirmed fideuà (which obviously is not part of the brunch) and they have not told us anything before going. honestly it has not been what was expected.

restaurante muy agradable en el corazón de valencia. personal amable y atento. buen menú del día, aunque el arroz estaba salado, que comentamos. Faltaban algunos detalles de un hotel de 5 estrellas, como un aperitivo de bienvenida o algunos pequeños cuatros con café. a pesar de todo, buena experiencia. Volveremos a probar otros platos.
Confusa experiencia. Reservamos comida, aunque nos han ofrecido menu brunch. Lo curioso es que nos avisaron varias veces por teléfono para reservar el arroz que queríamos y hoy mismo antes de ir hemos confirmado fideuà (que obviamente no es parte del brunch) y no nos han dicho nada antes de ir. Honestamente no ha sido lo esperado
El servicio es 10. Soy celíaco y se adaptan en todo momento a la circunstancia. El pan sin gluten es espectacular. Pedimos un calamar que fue muy bueno. Vimos el atardecer desde su punto de vista, fue muy agradable. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!
