Nous venons chez Hashimoto depuis des années avec ma famille, et c’est toujours un moment précieux. Depuis le décès du chef, c’est sa femme qui a repris la cuisine. Le menu est un peu plus court, mais tout est toujours aussi délicieux, raffiné et fait avec le cœur. L’accueil reste impeccable, plein de respect et de douceur. C’est un lieu discret, sincère, où l’on se sent bien. Une vraie adresse de confiance, qu’on garde précieusement.
Hashimoto serves by far the most authentic sushi in Geneva. The fish is always extremely fresh, the service is efficient and the sushi chef uses traditional methods. I have travelled around the globe and have eaten at some of the best sushi restaurants/omakases and to me, this restaurant never disappoints when I need and crave my sushi fix. If you want excellent fish and traditional sushi, look no further.
Du vrai japonais, sans sauces ni bêtises, un produit spectaculaire est la seule chose nécessaire pour entrer dans mon top 3 des restaurants japonais de la planète entière. Le thon est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai jamais essayé, lorsque vous entrez dans l'endroit, vous avez l'impression d'avoir été transporté au Japon, le service est excellent et je le répète, le produit est INCROYABLE. 10/10.
Je viens d'y retourner après plusieurs années et sans le maître sushi qui était présent la cuisine est devenu banale et sans la saveur spéciale d'autre fois. Was visiting from NYC and stumbled upon one of the best sushi dinners of my life. The fish was all so fresh and thoughtfully prepared and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Will look forward to dining here again
Wonderful place! The food was phenomenal, with top quality ingredients it’s one of the most authentic sushi spots in Geneva. The service was very friendly; I highly recommend it! We will definitely be coming back :
