After my last review I feel it needs to be updated, the waitress that took my order is always polite(it's normally the same young woman, but that's where the good news ends. For those of you who don't know, when your order is put in for grilled foods(especially to go orders) they will take food that either didn't sell or they made to much for another order and set to the side so as to cut down on waste. If a sauce or cheese dip was put on it, they'll throw it back on the grill, squirt it with water, and clean it off. This seems to be what happened this last time as not only was the chicken tough and overcooked, the vegetables were soggy and disgusting with the whole thing having no flavor. I...
I just left feeling incredibly satisfied! We enjoyed chicken and shrimp with chipotle chimichangas, as well as a half chicken, half beef taco salad. They were the best chimichangas and taco salad we've ever had! I must mention that Ellie truly made our experience special. She helped us customize our meal while always wearing a smile and maintaining a wonderfully friendly attitude. Her service was exceptional—she didn’t stop until we were on our way out the door with some extras! Thank you, El Nopal, and thank you, Ellie!
The service here is fantastic, and the restaurant itself is quite pleasant. However, this location doesn't compare to the Calhoun one, as the quality of the hamburger meat is lacking, and the guacamole isn’t great either. Come on, Cartersville El Napol, let's make your customers happy!
Our favorite spot for genuine Mexican cuisine. The staff is consistently friendly, and our orders are always accurate. Additionally, the food is incredibly tasty, reasonably priced, and there’s always enough for leftovers!

Haven't been here in a very long time, but we have it another shot. Itc was very good. Food was warm, cooked perfectly, and service was excellent. Great prices on drinks too!
The food is fantastic, and the staff is amazing. The interior is beautifully designed and quite elegant. I always enjoy visiting this place.
One person in our group was celebrating her birthday today, and the staff were wonderful in helping us celebrate her special day.
Love this place, live music throughout the week. Great selection of tequilas, food is excellent and always have amazing service.

Good food, decent prices and they get it out pretty fast even when they are slammed.
