El Nopal Mexican Food Westport Rd

I drove almost 10 miles round-trip to this El Nopal to get 2 chicken tacos. I put the address in my car GPS and arrived at Westport Plaza but could not find the restaurant. Twice I called them to get info on where exactly in the Plaza they were located but got no help. I mentioned many of the places in the Plaza I was driving by and asked what they were next to. Instead of helping, they hung up on me. When I finally found the place and asked why they hung up on me instead of providing needed info to find them, they had nothing to say. I have been to other El Nopal locations but had never been to this one before. And will NEVER go there again. The absolute worst customer service ever!

Oh my goodness, the best food! Not sure what my dish was called but it was amazing! Spinach and mushrooms on chicken breast with white queso, mixed vegetables and rice. Ate way too many salsa and chips but the salsa was great. The staff was great! If every in this area again, will have to come back. Wonderful experience

Always has a relaxed atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Never long wait times whether it's for pickup or dining in. Great place and great customer service. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
