Comida de fusión con productos fe proximidad, con los puntos de elaboración perfectos, destacar el taco de foie caramelizado, con una textura etérea, pleno de sabor, el rodaballo con cada parte del mismo perfecta y esa crema de citricos, el hígado de pato excelente y la breva caramelizada, mezcla de sabores, deliciosa. Buena carta de vinos, buen café, invitación a un aperitivo con vermú y una reinterpretación de un gilda, en un palacio espectacular, que más se puede pedir... volver.
