A finales de 2019 estuvimos en Segorbe, y en la Hospedería El Palén encontramos La Tasca El Palén: Recomendados por sus integrantes y su ambiente amigable probamos unas croquetas de boletus, unos huevos trufados con setas y jamón, unas patatas asadas (típicas), champiñones rellenos y ensaladilla. Absolutamente recomendable, sobre todo por su parte trasera e interior. @AAGourmetLove
