The problems started when we tried to book the table for ourselves and two friends for 9.00PM on a Saturday evening. We were told we could not have the table until 9.30 and that we must vacate it by 11.00 as they had other bookings. I said that would be OK as long as the service was efficient. We arrived on time and were shewn to our table. There were no menus, only a Q code at the far end of the table which was almost in accessible from the other end. I will be honest – I hate Q code menus but I decided to persevere. None of us could get the code to work, so I asked if they had a “proper” menu. El lugar, pese a ser una especie de contenedor prefabricado, aunque muy bien decorado y con muy buen ambiente y vistas del océano y de las playas adyacentes fabulosas, así como un servicio amable y diligente, deja un poco que desear en cuanto a los platos que tienen preparados como menú o carta. Pensábamos que habría buenos productos típicos de la zona, pero había un batiburrillo de platos internacionales y casi preparados, a falta de acabarlos de hacer cuando los pides. Era un restaurante que ya conocíamos y nos gustaba, pero este año ya nos ha conquistado definitivamente. Hemos cenado hoy y repetiremos mañana. El tartar de atun, puntilla de huevo frito y aguacate, el falso risotto de puntalette de carrillera y escamas de parmesano y el kuk-soo de langostinos teriyaki nos han sorprendido y encantado. A esto hay que sumarle, la simpatía y profesionalidad de todo el personal y en especial en nuestro caso de Marisol y Gabriel. Recomendable cien por cien.
El Paradise is at a great location. Nicely laid out inside and out. Food is lovely. Sit inside or outside. Staff smiled a lot. And were attentive. William was outstanding. He was Very friendly and helpful. Only thing I’d suggest to the management is let customers add gratuity tips to the bill and then pay that via card. Not everyone has cash these days. Excelente restaurante al lado de la playa. La comida era increíble con muchos sabores interesantes. El Salmoreco de Mango era muy refrescante y el Tartar de Atún era perfecto. El servicio fue excelente y el personal muy servicial. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto.
