TLDR; Decepcionante. Éramos un grupo de siete personas del norte y sur de Europa y Canadá, con diversos orígenes culinarios. Teníamos de todo, desde menús degustación, menús degustación vegetarianos hasta pedidos a la carta, tanto de entrantes como de segundos. Uno de nosotros es un chef de sushi que tiene 30 años de experiencia en los mejores restaurantes de Quebec. Ninguno de nosotros quedó impresionado de ninguna manera. El mencionado chef quedó decepcionado. La comida era buena, pero no había una combinación de gustos excepcional/novedosa: la razón principal de la fusión. Algunas cosas eran simplemente insulsas. P.ej. las patatas fritas de camote fritas servidas con algunos platos sabían...
tasting menu per person has seemed spectacular to me some dishes are more than but as everything in the variety is the drop. I would repeat one and a thousand times more. the super friendly waitress explains every dish super well. I recommend it. the bad thing that's something away and we find it by chance because it's not from the area.
It's the ideal place if you don't come hungry and you have the wallet ready to spend. what served us was very good, that can't be denied but the rations were very small and cheap of course the site is not.
