As for my food, I ordered some roast beef cemitas, but they were more like sandwiches. The cemitas from Chavo’s are far better. Plus, they didn't include papalo, and a cemita without papalo simply can't be called a true cemita. The Tijuana tacos I ordered were decent, but the guacamole tasted more like black mole—it definitely wasn’t what I expected.
Overall, if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this isn’t the right place. Instead of attracting more customers, they seem to be turning them away.
Hello!! El Poblano has been one of my favorite places to eat since they opened it today April /7//24, I received the best service from Miss Paola, she explained the menu to me, she was attentive and it was a unique experience, congratulations to the Poblano for having top-notch staff. !!
Really good food. Molcajete huge, bubbling hot and too much to finish, but impossible not to. Margaritas vary depending on which waitress makes them, but spice of life. Haraques Burritos Chimichangas all big. Guac simple. Wings a little salty, but nothing another margarita wont
WARNING: UNETHICAL PRACTICES. Our group of four was hit with an 18% service fee during non-peak hours, and this was not mentioned to us beforehand. Additionally, they tack on a 4% fee for card payments. I'm pretty sure a new law in New York just made that practice illegal.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in White Plains! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the drinks are tasty.My friends and I frequent this establishment biweekly, and the service is always above and beyond! 10/10 would always recommend!
