Ok I guess the lady didn't hear me ask for the Classic so I received 2 BRC burritos so I get home eating in the my food no chicken I ask for so I take it back up to El Polo loco and ask can I get some chicken I ask for I explained the way I ordered she explained what she heard and fix the problem very respectful lady serious that's help when ur buying food an people could spit in out of no wear so thanks to the staff of El Polo loco
The cashiers were very attentive, and the food was well-prepared and tasted fresh. I didn't have to wait long for my order. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. I was surprised to see an armed guard, which actually made me feel secure. Coming from Compton, it was quite a unique experience!
The cashiers here are extremely friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious! The flavors remind me of when I worked at El Pollo Loco 28 years ago.
I really enjoy this delicious and fresh restaurant, and I highly recommend it to my son often.
