I chose to dine indoors for a change, and I was pleased to find the cashier and staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the chicken avocado burrito was quite bland, and the same could be said for the keto burrito. Both dishes were overshadowed by the undercooked, powdery tortillas. On a positive note, the chicken tortilla soup was quite tasty, though it was served at an extremely high temperature. Overall, I would rate the experience as a 3.5-star one, but I can’t overlook the lack of flavor in the burritos, so I won’t round it up.
This location of Pollo Loco is very quiet which is nice and they have these really cool meal deals starting at five bucks which includes a drink and a side of chips. overall it was pretty good if you’re really hungry and are in need of something to eat while on a budget
