El Pollo Loco - Tisch resevieren

I've given this location several attempts but after tonight I'm done. Will drive the extra distance to go to the one in Yorba Linda. In the past the problem has been ordering curbside and having to sit around for 5 or 10 minutes before finally having togo in to get my order but the last few times I've gone there that's improved. This time I did curbside it brought my food out ina timely manner but had the back tied so tight I had to cut it open with scissors when I got home only to find out that theydidn't include the dressing for my wife's salad so I had to drive all the way back to the store to get her the dressing and whenI told the associate that they left it out of the bag she opened th...

It's been a while since we bought Pollo Loco and my wife and I were hungry for their delicious chicken, rice and beans. I drove through the drive thru ordering an 8 piece chicken meal. I ordered rice and beans only to be told they didn't have any beans. Iproceeded to substitute with macaroni and cheese. I received my order and when arriving home they gave me macaroni and cheeseand corn, I guess it was going to be one of those days. As I served the chicken I found myself selecting from burned wings andtasteless chicken. I guess I won't be back soon.

The worst thing I've ever had. Tasteless, dry, the Cole was slow old, sloppy packaging. Terrible food! No napkins or cutlery were also included. When this franchise was mexican, it was delicious. I absolutely love their food! The birria burrito is amazing—the beef is cooked perfectly. I also enjoy their double chicken tostada bowl. Their 2- or 3-piece meal options are great as well, and the sides that come with them are always delicious. Overall, it's fantastic food at a great value!

the service and employees at night very bad service as if I was asking them for something without knowing me I was there for about 20 minutes and I never saw any manager they occupy better employees these must go to work in a factory oh to the field itis not their job .. .

This location used to be good. It?s going downhill, they forget condiments and when you ask for the salad dressing you get attitude. Something changed or management changed recently. The workers don?t really care for the job anymore
