I've had a few unfortunate experiences at this location. First and foremost, it's consistently understaffed; the employees are working tirelessly, but there never seems to be enough of them. Today, I had the worst experience yet. I ordered two classic chicken burritos, but they were made with a different kind of dark meat instead of chicken. It was tough and unappetizing, which really turned my stomach. I also ordered a shrimp taco, which was a letdown as well—the tortilla was cold and lacked flavor. Additionally, I've encountered situations where the doors were closed during lunch hours, even though they were supposed to be open for business. This is quite unprofessional!
Went to this El Pollo Loco today at 4pm. The young lady at the cash register said that they were closing for the rest of the day. Well if you are closed please change your online open and closed hours to reflect this. Restaurant was still closed at 5pm and at 7pm but on line reflected still open. Please change this so that people don't waste their time. Gas is to expensive.
Always closed, even though their online system will take orders and payment. Then, it will be closer when you go pick up. Happened 4 times for me, and they haven't refunded me, even though a workers said they would. Also, waste of time andconsideration that you have no dinner, and must get something somewhere else, late at night. What's with this location? They oweme $100.
Hey Pollo Loco, y?all seriously need to clean your place up in here. It?s really gross, just a word of advice. A little tidying up will go a long way to improve your establishment. Clean under the booths and sweep too, because it looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in a year. And wipe down your walls, they look like someone threw a soda and you never wiped it down. I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was poor, and my tostada salad was missing the avocado salsa. Additionally, the chicken was very dry, almost as if it were old. To top it off, there was no fork included in my bag. It seems like many others have encountered similar issues with missing salsas and utensils.

This was my second time eating at El Pollo Loco, and I'm really disappointed. I ordered three pieces of chicken, but was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. I refused to wait, so I ended up getting a burrito instead. I definitely do not recommend it!

No napkins, no salsa. You need to ask for them when you order. If you do not double check the order, it will be a big disappointment when you come home food is ok
