I have been trying to come here and have a nice el pollo loco experience but they have always failed. They never have pico de gallo. Ordered a tostada salad and chips. The salad was the driest thing, they didn't give me dressing and it didn't have picode gallo. Asked for salsa, they only gave me 1, and 1 guacamole little container. What was I gonna eat my chips with? No airconditioning, I guess it was broken. I know that they have closed this store in the past, but with this bad service and lack offood it's to be expexted. I hope someone in management reads this because I would like to return to this restaurant and enjoymy food, like I always do when I go to other locations. I love pico de g...
Went to this El Pollo Loco today at 4pm. The young lady at the cash register said that they were closing for the rest of the day. Well if you are closed please change your online open and closed hours to reflect this. Restaurant was still closed at 5pm and at 7pm but on line reflected still open. Please change this so that people don't waste their time. Gas is to expensive.
Always closed, even though their online system will take orders and payment. Then, it will be closer when you go pick up. Happened 4 times for me, and they haven't refunded me, even though a workers said they would. Also, waste of time andconsideration that you have no dinner, and must get something somewhere else, late at night. What's with this location? They oweme $100.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was poor, and my tostada salad was missing the avocado salsa. Additionally, the chicken was very dry, almost as if it were old. This was my second time eating at El Pollo Loco, and I'm really disappointed. I ordered three pieces of chicken, but was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. I refused to wait, so I ended up getting a burrito instead. I definitely do not recommend it!
The el Pollo loco in San Gabriel on Las Tunas is terrible. The chicken was burned and so was the mash potatoes.. They forget to add things and seems to be out of things. Got no tortillas either. Very disappointed.

No napkins, no salsa. You need to ask for them when you order. If you do not double check the order, it will be a big disappointment when you come home food is ok
