Wrong!. I pulled up into the drive thru line because there were no cars in line to pick up my online order. The worst part was when I asked the staff about the difference between the Festive meal and the regular one. He told me it was cheaper and included an extra side, but his tone suggested that I should have asked about it. It was clear he understood why I was inquiring—I was frustrated to realize I was paying more for less simply because they didn’t inform me of the better deal!
Overall, the service was very disappointing, and the staff seemed to have an attitude. I didn’t feel welcome at all; it was a really negative experience. I really do like El Pollo Loco. However they had an off day. I ordered in advance on the app and still had to wait fifteen minutes.The chicken legs were like two bites, literally bird size. Pardon the pun. The legs and thighs were shriveled tiny pieces. I ordered 3 side salads that were nearly dry lettuce bowls.Come on guys, I love you. Get it together! I don't want to see you close.

Horrible location, the inside is dirty and disgusting and the workers dont want to be there or do their job properly. Expect a 10 minute wait for 2 tacos. Corporate should shut this location

We were pleasantly surprised how nice and helpful the cashier was. We're use to rude cashier where we live (citrus heights). Our food came fast! This is the place to eat!
