This is the better one from other locals. But I never went to El Pollo Loco on site without bad service. So they serve chickens without tortillas. Tortilla soup without lemon, although it should be Mexican food. And they refuse to give 1 tortilla. At least I had no shrunk film in my food like the other place or frozen broccoli like the other. People have reported themselves here in comparison to others where they run away and never come back. But it's still a problem. It is as if El Pollo Loco wants to claim Mex food, but occasionally has no salsa or tortillas. Common sense.
El Pollo Loco, is great value. This El Pollo Loco in particular is always consistent, always friendly, always clean, I mean what else could you want. In general, I find that the reward system offered by El Pollo Loco is unparalleled to other fast food eateries, along with the fact that you have healthier choices. Another perk of this particular location is in general there is ample parking. Don't forget you have a parking lot in the back as well as the front. Conveniently located in Pasadena. Small but has a lot of large windows that makes the place more open and does not feel so enclosed. There is a parking lot, so there are convenient parking spaces that can be a challenge for some restaurants here. Recommend this location via Colorado Blvd location.
Great flavor like all locations. This one has an horchata machine!! Not all locations have it. Restrooms available. No drive thru here. Plenty of seating spots and parking is in a plaza style. Right off of the 110 fwy and up Fair Oaks. Clean for the most part. They play salsa music too ??

Very poor customer service, I asked a question to the employees and she ignored me and goes away, so I ordered online, after that I tried to use the toilet room to wash my hands and it was so dirty and evil I could go?t, never see a rest room like that in my life??

Good food and total value. I think my Grande Avocado chicken dish could have used a bit more chicken to balance the rice
