The service was impressively quick. Despite a busy drive-thru and a packed dining area, I was served in under 10 minutes. The staff were outstanding, providing great customer service with smiles and courtesy, even while managing a large number of customers. I enjoyed every aspect of this place; the employees truly deserve a raise for their efficiency and dedication. Keep up the fantastic work, but please make sure they aren’t overworked—they’re doing an amazing job. I will definitely be returning!
My wife and I have been enjoying El Pollo Loco for years, especially the chicken, which is cooked for several hours to achieve the perfect flavor and delicious aroma from the charbroil grill. El Pollo Loco often introduces new menu items, some of which are great, while others could use improvements in flavor and quality.
