Went like 2 days ago. The wait in the driveway is extremely long. When you get to the machine to order they ask you to wait to order lol idk if theres only one person working or what but we waited at least 5 minutes just to order. But when we got to thewindow to pay our food was handed to us very quickly. We waited longer to order than to get our food lol. When i got home irealized they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a tostada salad they gave me just a regular salad. Luckily the salad wasactually really good but still wish i had the tostada salad. Food was delicious just 3 stars cause of the wait and wrong order.
Service is pretty bad. I had to wait 25 minutes for a three piece with leg and thighs. And I had to ask which order was mine because the person taking care of the orders put my order on the counter with several other orders and did not specify which waswhich. I did not get any condiments with that or my tortilla soup. And I had to ask for my receipt. I like El Pollo Loco andthis particular one has always been on point. But I don't know what's been going on lately. I hope they get this fixed and getthe service back up to par like it used to be.
Once I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order; I had ordered a tostada salad, but received a regular salad instead. Fortunately, the salad was actually really tasty, but I still wished I had gotten the tostada salad. Overall, the food was delicious, but I’m giving it three stars due to the long wait and the incorrect order.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong, and Claudia at the cash register was laughing instead of helping me. To make matters worse, I was overcharged, and the food I received was burned.

The service was terrible; they tossed the food onto the counter without informing us that it was ready. On top of that, the staff spent their time laughing and chatting, completely disregarding the customers waiting.
Pollo loco has to do better I went twice to this location and both times they never had chicken because they didn’t make any or there was no cook . Poor service
The quality and service were excellent. The restaurant was clean, and I only waited a few minutes for my order. I believe it offers great value for the money.
Everytime I come to Lynwood I stop by here because of Destiny! She's so sweet and nice everytime! Plus they're always fast with my order :

The only bad thing about this store is!! They dont let destiny work 24/7 she is the best ? ?
