I had an amazing experience! I really enjoy your food, although I've noticed that many of your locations have staff who can be a bit careless and rude. However, my visit yesterday to the Slowson/Passon location in Pico Rivera was a wonderful exception. The manager, Mr. Francisco, truly went above and beyond for all the guests. The chef even offered to prepare something special for me, and it was fantastic! Thank you!
Now this place for me they have a very tasty and delicious food. They just need to have more friendly employees and cleaner place. Managers need to make sure to have an employee available to clean and disinfect tables and chairs after each customer leaves. A clean place is always something a customer wants and friendly employees.
My experience at this location was very high high quality. Aasher the employee working the drive thru had very great costumer service, was friendly and acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food to be prepared. I got my food within a minute and a half of ordering it. Great Job Aasher and the rest of the Pollo Loco team.
I visited El Pollo Loco for the first time, and I had a great experience! Daniel, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the entire menu to me, showing remarkable patience while I decided what to have for lunch. I really appreciate everything he did! Thank you!
