Just outside of Salento, this restaurant sits on the route leading to the Valle de Corcora. When we drove by on the way to the Valle de Cocora, we remarked how it must have amazing views so we were delighted when our travel companions for the day decided to have lunch there as well. Perched on top of a hill, the restaurant offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and valley from both an indoor dining room and a large covered terrace. The specialty here, as with many of the restaurants in this area, is trout and its reputation is justified.
