The person who answered the phone was quite rude and actually hung up on me. Last month, we ordered a cake from this restaurant and wanted to reorder, but we've decided to let it go. It's frustrating that no one seemed to be able to speak English. I understand there can be a language barrier, but being treated like that is simply unacceptable for a returning customer.
The food and service at this restaurant are exceptional. I am particularly fond of the slice of tres leches chocoflan. Whenever I order a custom cake, they always create it quickly and beautifully. The staff is friendly, and the owners are very professional.
