Spanish retaurants in general, do not get occasions like Valentines day. Huge thing for us Brits. I do eat here and the food is ok and reasonable but a couplebof years back, Valentines night was a disaster when the cook either Didn't turn up or walked out. Disaster. Left to a young English waitress to tell us the night was over in tears, even though the restaurant was Spanish owned. I have been back several times, no worries.
Out first visit to El Rey and we weren’t disappointed. We arrived later than we were expected due to our misunderstanding, however, was not a problem. We had a fabulous meal, husband and son both had the ribs and we can quite easily say, best ribs they’ve had here in Murcia by a royal mile! The service was attentive, menu had good choices and very fairly priced we will absolutely be back and would highly recommend!
I've been working as a waiter years ago, I'm going to be a few years late looking at the work and effort of this family, I hope they're okay, I'm the age of the older daughter and as a waiter that I'm taking off my hat and I'm glad it's okay and if God wants to be the only ones to visit.

I found a bar that is very well the owner very attentive and very professional a coffee with very good milk and a Neapolitan, very clean services and a reasonable price.
It's a cozy place, they treat you like you're family. the great food, quality and good prices. I repeat the times you need.
