The owner will ask you if you want trout, chicken, or chorizo, then one of a few different sides. All are good and they come with rice, arrepa, salad, AND soup. Plus lemonade. Very filling and only 8000 pesos for everything.We went a few times, once with some vegetarians who were also well taken care of with lots of vegetables, lentils, potato, etc.
Absolutely love this place! Fantastic value and the food is great! Soup, choice of main meat (chorizo, chicken and pork) and lemonade for just 8,000. We've had lunch and dinner here! If you go for dinner head there early as it gets rammed!Absolutely go, you won't regret it.
The food is average, but tasty and very good value for money for menu del dia. We returned the next day. If you are on the budget, this is a great place to eat. If you prefer more refined dining, perhaps try something else.
One of the best comida corrientes ever for 8000 pesos incl sopa and jugo. They will do an exiting platter of sides if you dont feel like eating animals. The best hotsauce we had in Colombia!
