Been for 4 days in Vitoria...but was more than ten times in this place. This is for sure one of the best places in Vitoria where you get the best Pintxos in town. Variety, Taste...par excellence. Their Jamon is superb. Apart from that the boss Inigo and the entire staff are very friendly...you feel like coming home every time. Customer friendly...this is not the case in many other places in town...in my experience. Don 't miss this gem if you are in town. It 's a must!
the quality of the product is very good. pretty, incredible, rabas/puntillitas, antxopi, everything is very good. what doesn't get me is to see how the waiters catch the pintxos with their hands, without hearing some tweezers as normal. the waiter who leaves the ham and cheese doesn't smell gloves. It's a place that I get a lot, but those details make me look like a lack of hygiene.
Weird fact..in England we stopped drinking Martini 50 years ago but Vermouth is a popular drink in Vitoria..go figure Flic back out in flares dancing to Saturday Night Fever. People are strange as Jim Morrison once sung...
