We visited in August 2015 during the local Semana Grande , (the local holiday , so the place was crammed. Nevertheless the service was quite prompt and courteous. The place is rustic, plain and frugal, but the menu is indeed a joy to behold, with loads of dishes you will only be able to sample in Asturias. We ordered a Tabla de Quesos Asturianos (Asturian cheese platter which could easily have fed 10 people. Absolutely perfect and definitely worth trying if you visit Asturias. Also, Bonito a la Plancha, which is some sort of Cantabrian white tuna you can only find in the north of Spain and only two or three months a year.
