El Rincon offers excellent food and service. After moving from the Bronx and leaving behind our favorite little Mexican restaurant (Mi Lindo San Miguelito), we were eager to find great Mexican cuisine in Manchester. Fortunately, we hit the jackpot! The restaurant is conveniently located in the downtown area. The portion sizes were just right, and the prices were reasonable. The enchiladas came topped with salad and avocado. Chips and salsa are complimentary, and we even received a refill. The dining area is somewhat cozy, but they managed to accommodate larger parties of 6 to 8 people while we were there. There's also a small bar available.
This is a cozy yet popular spot located right across from the SNHU Arena. I had the pleasure of trying the Fajitas Texanas for lunch, which included shrimp, beef, and chicken. If you order a beer, I recommend getting it in a glass if you enjoy a salted rim with lime. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning for lunch and will also be ordering takeout again. This place is definitely among my top three choices for Mexican food in Manchester.
This restaurant offers authentic Mexican cuisine, which is quite rare to find in New Hampshire. I had heard great things about it and decided to give it a try. The Tacos Al Pastor were fantastic, the beans were excellent, and the rice was tasty as well. I would rate it a perfect 12 out of 10!

The Chile Rellenos was good. Not used to a green sauce for it but it was tasty. The Menudo was ok. It was just broth and tripe. The added addition of Onions, Cilantro, and Lime juice was needed. Their Chori-Polli was good.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had! The place is so cute and quaint, very quick service, food was prepared so nicely and hot. Our server Olivia was fantastic helpful and so friendly! We will be back asap !
Best Mexican restaurant in New England. I drive from Southern Massachusetts to eat there. Real Mexican cheese, salsa is otherworldly with verde, Rojo and pirate. The only place that makes Sopes
