The lady that took my To-Go order charged herself tip and added it to the total. I went 2 days in a row and ordered the exact same thing both times and realized that it was more expensive. Looking at the first receipt, if you add the 20% gratuity, it comes out to the price of the second receipt but neither times did I leave a tip. It’s sad because I genuinely liked the food. Seems this place doesn’t have morals so I hope the $3.24 was worth losing a lifetime customer. Do better.
Two of us went to eat and when paying I noticed that they charged me 30% more than my bill, 18% of the tip, 10% of the service and the rest of the taxes, super bad service and the truth is that I didn't like that at all. It should be noted that they charged me for the sauce that they did not put on the table and I asked for it ?
I never expected to have a shrimp cocktail as good as the one I had at Rio Grande, I was there in the mid-afternoon and I was served by the ladies from both shifts and they did a great job, Prices were very reasonable and the easy access from I-285 makes it very easy for travelers to stop by.
Tried to call this place twice and got hung up both times. The girl said that she didn’t speak English and so I asked if she could get someone who could for me. Got hung up AGAIN. Poor customer service can’t imagine what it’s like to dine there. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It was decent no complaints. But waitress was a bit to fast! Like she was trying to rush us. Don't care for the fastest! If I wanted fast food I would have went to McDonald's
I came to Rio Grande and was treated by Dasne, incredible attention and very good service, I would return without thinking, what incredible attention
Their 7 seas is not good, 1 shrimp and a lot of vegetables, the octopus is very sewn, the waitress made fun when I asked if it was 7 seas
The seafood was good, there menu has lots of authentic Mexican food, service was great and they serve alcohol. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Service was great, the manager is awesome, and my girl Rana the server hooked us up. Definitely be coming back
