The food here is outstanding! However, my experience with the staff was quite disappointing. When I entered the restaurant, one of the waitresses started laughing at my appearance, which made me feel out of place. I had intended to dine in, but I felt so uncomfortable that I asked my waitress to change my order to take out instead. The waitress made jokes about how I looked and even asked several male customers if they wanted to dance with me. She also joked with one male patron, asking if I was his girlfriend and laughed about it. This behavior was very unprofessional and completely ruined my dining experience.
The venue is a nice spot to enjoy a drink, but I was disappointed that they serve you drinks right before closing time and expect you to finish them quickly. If you don't drink it all at once, the rude security staff will take your drink away, regardless of what it is. If this is their policy, they should stop selling drinks at least 15 minutes before closing, and the security team could use better training in customer service.
The food was good even though I noticed a hair In my food; however, the customer service is horrible. I came to this restaurant to have lunch. I ordered a lunch special that was $10.99 and my friend ordered a large meal over $15. The lunch special brought a free drink and any other meal over $15 did too.. the only lady they have charging the orders charged us regular prices and refused to give us any money back once we noticed.
Terrible Customer Service! (IRMA) Horrible People Skills! The worst experience at checkout getting ripped off and overcharged DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE AT ALL ESPECIALLY WITH THE LADY IRMA And thats that we did not complain about the hair in my friends food.

Terrible food, hard meat and rice, they don't even heat it, sometimes you have to get up to help you order something else or to ask for the bill.
It's a charming little restaurant with excellent food, although it is somewhat pricey. I definitely plan to return soon for more tasting!
They don't take the orders well, I ordered bean pupusas with cheese and they gave me trouble, be more serious about the orders.
Delicious spanish food, Price is right and Great location But you will experience long wait time and it's hard to find parking.
