I've been here many times and it's pretty hit and miss with the service. Although the food and coffee had always been good. My family and I brought my friend here for coffee, lunch and drinks before she had to catch her train 45 minutes later. About 10 minutes after we arrived I went to the counter to order and was told someone would be with us in a few minutes. 15 minutes later we once again asked to order. Finally after waiting 25 minutes we were ordering. By this stage it was too late to order food so we ordered coffee, drinks and icecream. 15 minutes later my friend left without having had anything so she could make her train. I would like to rate my recent experience at El Sweetie in Granville. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Top notch atmosphere, extremely clean environment and AMAZING fresh sweets! More specifically I would like to give a high praise to Darine, not only was she extremely genuine but a true professional. Her years of knowledge was far superior to those I have encountered elsewhere. It was a great experience. I will definitely return and refer my friends and family to go!
Came here for a coffee and dessert after dinner. This place was just bustling and buzzing with people and families due to season of Ramadan. Had a nice atmosphere and the place is well lit. There is a full menu to select from as well. Desserts and sweets look delectable and you will be spoilt for choice. Good coffee too. It gets a 5 star rating from me a second time around reviewing this place because of the atmosphere and pleasurable time with friends.
The restaurant has delicious sweets that are all halal, including ice cream and desserts. It may be better off changing its name to "One Billion Calories" considering the decadent offerings. The staff is friendly, but the prices are slightly on the higher side. A 25% reduction in prices would be ideal. The cost of desserts for dine-in is also higher compared to takeaway, which was disappointing.

My daily spot for coffee every morning. The most outstanding service! Beautiful faces and incredible food. Everytime I visit I feel like I'm in an enchanted garden and it reminds me of Beirut! The sweets are incredibly fresh and the taste is out of this world! A must visit with your family and friends!
My family and I (especially the kids) are die hard fans of El Sweetie. From the amazing presentation, to the great coffee and the rare middle eastern sweets it's amazing. I'm a proud Persian Australian, and it's my best chance to get close to the sweets that I can only remember as a child. LOVE IT!
Wow, Sweetie captured my heart. I visited for the first time and this place is truly amazing. All of my favorite sweets are in one place. You should definitely check it out. I tried the Fruit Custard Tart and it was the best thing I've ever tasted. Highly recommended, 10/10.
I always enjoy visiting El Sweetie. The cakes are consistently amazing and the service is excellent. If you live in Sydney, you should definitely make a point to visit El-Sweetie at least once this year. They have a wide selection of desserts and other delicious items.

Wow this place is like Sweet Tooth fairy tale haven. We had like a big tray of mix sweets. It was amazing.
