I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for over ten years. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, they no longer have their famous free salsa bar due to the pandemic. I believe it could be a five-star establishment if they brought it back. The two older women who work there provide excellent customer service and make you feel right at home. The interior has a nostalgic charm from 20 years ago, but the true draw is the tasty food and great service. They also offer specials like Taco Tuesday and Fish Taco Wednesday at a very reasonable price.
The service was amazing. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and served quickly. It was my first time at this location. I ordered a fish taco that was incredibly fresh and had excellent presentation. The restaurant has a small island bar filled with various types of salsa and offers a great selection on the menu. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Families are welcome and the atmosphere feels like a cozy, family-owned place to enjoy a meal, have a few drinks, and have some laughs.
I drive by here all the time, I came here not knowing what to expect. I ordered pick-up, but you could also dine in. Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and carne asada burrito. Both were actually pretty good. Their sauces were delicious. Next time I come here I will try something else because my last visit was surprisingly pleasant. If you're in the area give this place a try, it might grow on you. Editing: because their nacho fries are delicious.
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. They have implemented COVID safety measures as well. If you enjoy supporting small, family-owned businesses, I highly recommend checking out El Taco Locco. Customer Service was awesome! Family owned and they make sure your happy and checked up on. Tacos had no fat and were filling. 1.00 Taco on Tuesdays with great quality meat and drinks. Definitely coming back here again.
The al pastor burrito was decent, resembling asada but tasty overall. The red sauce was particularly delicious.
I ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. My dad tried the shrimp campechana and he loved it.
