We found this restaurant by chance. They had all the tables reserved, but they still gave us room. We ordered tomato salad (they had a brutal flavor) with goat cheese and shrimp of the saint, delicious, worth paying €18 for them. second we ask for the black chochinillo (only special dish on Saturdays) and the entrecot. They were both very rich, but if I have to decide for one, I'd say the pig. the entrecot was made as I had asked and was very generous in size. the service was extremely good. I ordered a glass of red wine, and they left the bottle at the table to serve me as much as I wanted.
