this restaurant probably doesn't need my opinion to attract gourmets from the area or elsewhere. But I like to say that this address is one of the best metz tables. its location on the square of the comedy and facing the cathedral adds to the standing of the place. refined cuisine and combining flavors is delicious. Bravo to the chief nicolas and his team. The tuna duo is to fall! to discover and rediscover.
the dishes were very good and the information on the dishes and wines was satisfactory. I just deplore the waiting we had at the beginning of the meal. Our last night in Metz we decided to eat in el theatris. We choose the three course menu. The dishes were great. There was only one thing, they forgot to remove the string from the beef. Almost swallowed a piece.
