the eating was good and server served their eating behind a plexiglas shield. However, we were not offered mimosas and Omlette menu. infant, we didn't even know that they offered mimics until we were gone. the Omlette menu should have been on our table or offered by the waitress. we have seen people with omnilets. I went around the restaurant and searched for the Omlette bar, but didn't see it. When I finally found our waitress, I asked her where the omlette bar is and she said they order the omniletts and cook makes her. she showed me a piece of paper to demand custom made omniletts. I said we didn't get that. Well, we've been practically done by then. it would have been nice if we had set...
Arrived at the restaurant at 10 am I reserved a table for 5 in the bar area (I’ve been going there for years so I requested a certain table)so the lady walked is to the bar and the table I requested was occupied by someone else I then asked what happened to my table I requested I in turn found out that the manager had seated these at a resevered table which was marked reserved!lack of communication on the manager I heard he does what he want at the customers expense not good so beware on any request you my want !
My friend and I come to El Torito and the service is usually very good. This time we were seated right away, but we had to wait quite a bit for the waiter to come take our order for drinks and for food. Normally, I get the shrimp fajita I did not have nearly as many vegetables in my shrimp fajita. I was very disappointed in that. The drinks were good. The service could use some improvement. Also, when the waiter brought the machine to take my payment, he had already pre-selected 20% gratuity. 
The floors were slippery and sticky! The tables were so sticky that we had to cover it with napkins to be able to stay and eat. The servers were ok with a few exceptions. The food was good but we were wondering about the kitchen’s hygiene the entire time… if they can’t even get their seating area clean! Very disappointing! We are not going back.

Server passed our table many times and wouldn’t stop at ours unless we asked him for stuff. Been there every weekend and hadn’t had a disappointing experience until yesterday.
Great service by our server Eddie. There’s no table in the bar area for happy hour we had to stay in the patio area.
Made it very clear we were there to celebrate a bday numerous times and she was never recognized.
SO SLOW to get the food. They apologized, but it took about an hour to get our food.
