Inaccurate description of items that are being offered for Father’s Day brunch. Took over 20min to get drinks. Service was horrible. Reordered items and one never came. I had to track down server to even cash out. I’ve been to other El Toritos and I worked for the company before and used to be a trainer so I’m very understanding when it comes to service. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 15yrs and our server touched our table twice only. Even if it was brunch it was not as busy as other restaurants we’ve gone to brunch to previously. I was very disappointed coming from cypress to try to experience another restaurant that I had not gone to since I’ve been to most el toritos. I do say I won’...
We had a reservation so the wait wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately the quality of food wasn’t the best neither was the selection. The floor was sticky (looked kind of dirty) and there was a smell. Unfortunately it felt like we were at a low budget buffet. I was expecting a better experience on Father’s Day.
Great experience! From the moment we stepped in we had the best service. Highly recommend to any and all.
For more than double the price of what the Buffet used to be, the food was less than desirable.
