One of the worst experiences ever. Save your time and money and go to La Isla! The service was awful. Chips were just out of a bag. Salsa has no taste. Had to ask multiple times for things. I thought maybe he couldn’t understand English very well… but he would repeat everything back to me so he obviously understood. Some people were charged for multiple pops. Other people somehow had free refills. He got almost every order wrong also! When he went to hand me my card back, he was not paying attention and my card went right under the table. Luckily I saw it. Then he lost my friends card completely. Luckily he found it somewhere after we explained we were upset. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Barely...
Food is good here. Cant complain about the food itself. However, they are a tinge stingy with portion size and aren't very accommodating when it comes to substituting low carb options for the nachos, rice, tortillas and beans. All I asked for was an extra scoop of sour cream and guac in lieu of all the other stuff and they couldn't manage it. Unless I'm just dying for Mexican food, Tops across the street is a much better value.
We were seated and waited for 25 minutes without anyone approaching us to take our drink order. I even offered to pay for the chips and salsa, but ultimately, we decided to leave. When I informed the hostess of our departure, they seemed indifferent. Shaking my head—terrible service! We won’t be coming back.
Excellent service. Very nice dining room. Each of the 5 of us dining together had different dishes and everything each of us had was very good. Tamales were a standout, as was the flan for dessert. Pricing was lower than I would expect to pay for this. Highly reccomend!

I celebrated my birthday there with family and friends. They placed a sombrero on my head, sang to me while playfully putting whipped cream on my lips, and treated me to a dessert. It was a lot of fun, and I didn't mind the whipped cream at all. The food was delicious!
The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. I can't fault our server, though; she was the only one actively working and was clearly overwhelmed, despite the presence of several other staff members.
The food was delicious and the service was splendid. Very nice enviroment and pretty clean considering it was the end of the night and we just missed a rush. Definitely get your money's worth at this restaurants.
Excellent food and exceptional service! I've never had a disappointing meal here. Despite being short-staffed at the moment, they efficiently keep everything running smoothly. I’ve never waited long for my food.
