The customer service here is absolutely deplorable. After 2 and a half hours of waiting for my food (via seamless) I called them to ask what the status of my order was, the woman on the phone made up some lie that there was some ?confusion? with my order and that they would be sending it out for delivery right away. 50 minutes later? after this call my food still had not arrived. Completely unprofessional. When I called back to cancel my order she was saying they already spent the materials making the food WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM? as if I didn?t pay for food that wasn?t here 3 hours later. Please save yourself the time and headache and do not order from these people.
Let me share my thoughts about this restaurant! A classmate brought some food to school that looked incredible, and I just had to try it. Now, I find myself going there almost every Saturday! The service is outstanding! The staff are so warm and friendly, and their welcoming smiles make the experience even better. Now, let's talk about the food! The chicken is absolutely delicious! I always order the same thing: the $25 combo that includes chicken, rice, and beans. It also comes with a side of plantains and a large Pepsi! I highly recommend you visit; you definitely won't regret it!
The mofongo was terrible; the chicharrón version was packed with bones, making it the most disgusting experience to bite into just to find a mouthful of bones and cartilage. I would have been better off buying plantains from the supermarket and making it myself. Save your money—this place is a waste. The camarón mofongo was also disappointing and lacked any flavor.
I go here to regular food is usually good, but today was unacceptable I just ordered a small soup and sweet plantains and was charged $19 I didn't want to make an upsurge over the price, but when I came home my soup was cold and the sweet plantains are old I won't order again from here Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wow! The Mofongo de Pollo, made with mashed green plantains and chicken, was fantastic. It was packed with flavor and very satisfying—it truly hit the spot! I highly recommend this dish. It was wonderfully moist and loaded with seasoned chicken.
The Chicharrón de Pollo con Hueso, or fried chicken chunks, was overcooked, tough, and extremely dry.
The best Spanish food I've ever had! As a Spaniard myself, I give it a 10/10!
