The customer service here is absolutely deplorable. After 2 and a half hours of waiting for my food (via seamless) I called them to ask what the status of my order was, the woman on the phone made up some lie that there was some ?confusion? with my order and that they would be sending it out for delivery right away. 50 minutes later? after this call my food still had not arrived. Completely unprofessional. When I called back to cancel my order she was saying they already spent the materials making the food WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM? as if I didn?t pay for food that wasn?t here 3 hours later. Please save yourself the time and headache and do not order from these people.
Let me share my thoughts about this restaurant! A classmate brought some food to school that looked incredible, and I just had to try it. Now, I find myself going there almost every Saturday! The service is outstanding! The staff are so warm and friendly, and their welcoming smiles make the experience even better. Now, let's talk about the food! The chicken is absolutely delicious! I always order the same thing: the $25 combo that includes chicken, rice, and beans. It also comes with a side of plantains and a large Pepsi! I highly recommend you visit; you definitely won't regret it!
I had a great experience with the food! The ribs are consistently delicious, and I really enjoy the prepared onions as well. However, I encountered hair in my food twice, which is quite disappointing. The atmosphere is typically nice and inviting. Overall, the prices are reasonable too.
I go here to regular food is usually good, but today was unacceptable I just ordered a small soup and sweet plantains and was charged $19 I didn't want to make an upsurge over the price, but when I came home my soup was cold and the sweet plantains are old I won't order again from here

I ordered a combo of BBQ ribs, but they arrived without any BBQ sauce. I also ordered chicken chunks, which had very little meat on them. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered told me they were out of BBQ sauce.
Expected better as always seems well visited but fried fish was soggy, plantains were too greasy, simple salad and dressing just vinegar, rice and beans fine though. Probably won't visit again. People working there pleasant.
The best Spanish food I've ever had! As a Spaniard myself, I give it a 10/10!
