I've never had a real thing with this restaurant until today. I ordered two meals and received only one. my friend called the restaurant, they apologized and said they would deliver the missing product. almost an hour goes and nothing. he calls the restaurant, the woman tells him that the command is out. he's going out, nothing. then she calls back with a whole setting and said the driver sits outside and sms without answer, and he will get a ticket. we didn't get a call or text. my friend goes outside again. he's going up and down. the boldness. we often order from this restaurant. we live a short 5-minute drive from the restaurant. we should have received this order within 30 minutes. and...
This restaurant was originally Puerto Rican but sold many times to Dominican decent so the food has culturally changed. The staff don't mix up the music to serve the community so that becomes annoying to the customers. The waitress will bring you the bill with automatically adding a 16% tip and when you pay with your card they give you a receipt to sign and to add another tip. They do the same even for take out orders. The new management and cooks are not as good as it use to be. The other restaurant in Brooklyn still has a good reveiw for their food and service. Check them out and leave the Queens location to die.
I heard they remodeled and or got new owner's. My friend was going for breakfast and invited me. I decided to check it out. Haven't been there in a while. The music was awesome. We had Mangu with eggs and cheese and onions. Very delicious and filling. I had morir soñando with less ice how I like it. My friend had Chinola. They kindly let My friend sample the goat. We had to show our vaccine cards to dine in. They have a bottle of hand sanitizer at each table.
They are very expensive they never want to accommodate customers the staff always have an excuse to charge more and they don't want to hear you. I've been there a few times and evweytime I go I get charged different price for the same thing with different staff Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Hit or a miss. We ordered on New Years eve and everything was fresh and amazing.We ordered this weekend and we felt like the food was sitting there for a while.
3 Cuban sandwiches ordered. super dry! barely mayo. pork was dry and overcooked. looks old. only dry!
