Misleading charges – please check your bill carefully We were a small group, but a 10% service charge was added to our bill, even though the menu states it only applies to parties of 6 or more. There were also additional charges not clearly explained at the time of ordering, including extras and higher drink prices. This is not about the amount – it’s about transparency. Very disappointing experience. My sisters and I wanted to order and share some dishes, but the staff were rude and insisted it wasn 't allowed. One employee even told us, If you don 't want to order, you can leave. Another spoke in Turkish, assuming we wouldn 't understand. We then visited another branch, where the staff were respectful and had no issue at all. My wife and I dined at Elif Lark Lane Turkish BBQ for lunch a few weeks back. She chose something from the lunch menu, which was quite affordable. I opted for a dish from the main menu, and while both of our meals were enjoyable, I felt the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side. All in all, we had a nice dining experience. Price per person: £30–40. Food: 4. Service: 4. Atmosphere: 4.
Regular to Bold Street. This one not quite as good in my opinion. We come for the lovely infamous bread with the humous but this restaurant doesnt do it. Main meal was just as nice however didn't offer sweet potatoes fries. No Turkish delight at the end of the meal.. shame.. Waiters spoke little English but was lively and friendly. We went on a Wed so not a full room but still enjoyable.

Fabulous food, friendly, helpful staff and very accomodating of my personal requests, as I didn't get the lunchtime saver deal. I've been coming here for years, despite the fact I moved from the area years ago and they never fail to deliver!

The place has turned into rubish. The staff manner and attitude was so bad when went the last night. They're price is almost doubled. It used be nice but I'll never go back there again.
