The girl who answers the phone (the one at the front counter) is probably the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a restaurant. Tonight I called at 10pm and literally had to go change my oder 3 times because they were either out of that item or they don't serve on the weekends (pasta, hamburger, chicken parm sub).. After ni finally found something I could order.. I asked for delivery and all of a sudden she said that they are CLOSED. I called last week and all of a sudden their menu prices changed on chicken wings to make them $1 a piece. Which was almost double the price on the menu and online. This was actually my second time ordering from Elly's Pizza. The first time was decent, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. I placed my order at 7 PM through the Slice app, just like before. At 8:30 PM, I called to check the status, asking if my food was being prepared or out for delivery. The staff told me they were backed up and the driver was handling around seven orders. I was patient and understood the delay. However, it’s now 10:46 PM, the restaurant is closed, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’m really frustrated. This was actually my second time ordering from here. The first time wasn 't a bad experience but today 's experience is pretty unacceptable. I ordered from here today at 7pm through the slice app as Ive done before. At 8:30 I called just to see if my order was being made or if out for delivery. The girl said we were backed up on orders all deliveries are out the driver has about 7 deliveries . Sure no problem I can handle that .... Its 10:46 pm and they are closed and there is no delivery guy at my door with any type of food. Was a great place. The last time I was there they messed up a very simple order (put pepperoni on a pizza) and instead of trying fix it or apologize they told me to bring my now cooled pizza down to the store and pay the 2 something and they'd the add pepperoni I ordered to my already made pizza. Yum. Cold, uncooked ronnis on an old pie! Perfect! Then they kept asking me what race the girl who took my order was. The whole thing was weird and very uncomfortable. So that's why I no longer go there and don't recommend it to anyone else.

Elly's Pizza used to serve quite good food, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years since I live nearby. However, I’ve noticed a significant decline recently. The staff has become very rude, especially the young woman answering the phone—she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. After my latest experience, I’m done ordering from Elly’s Pizza. Charging $18 for 18 wings, or $1 per wing, is outrageous when their menu clearly lists the price as $12.99. No wings are worth that much. Overall, I’m very disappointed.
I have been a customer at this pizza place for years. I cannot believe how bad it has gotten. The quality of the food is horrible now, I ordered a burger get it and its on a cut sub roll that was very dry and over sized for the patty. Even with that I decide today to order through the slice app.... My card gets charged, THEY AREN'T EVEN OPEN, so I now have to wait for the $40 to get put back on the card because Elly's apparently closes on a whim now without updating slice. Never again.
This place used to be good. Their food is still delicious when done correctly yet for the past year or so it's been hard getting a proper order done right. And their customer service has been less then par. Such a shame as this used to be a good spot to grab some grub in this ghetto. Forget trying to place an order via phone or online and if you do pay in cash when you arrive for pickup. Check your order before leaving.
The food and service quality has greatly depleted which is a shame because this used to be a decent place. The oil for the fries must have been a month old and the wings weren't done. Now they have water leaking from the ceiling and kids running around in the kitchen. Also, DO NOT USE YOUR BANK CARD or debit card. If you have to go here use cash.

A friend ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, but it was too salty for my taste. The crust was undercooked. I plan to try a regular pizza next time to see if it's better. I hope I live nearby, and I believe they sell pizza by the slice.
